License Agreement - RC11.XYZ

This License Agreement governs the use of RC11.XYZ (“the Platform”). By accessing or using this Platform, the user agrees to comply with all terms described below. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Limited License Grant

RC11.XYZ grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, legal, and non-commercial purposes related to digital asset management.

2. No Ownership Transfer

Using the Platform does not grant ownership of any intellectual property, trademarks, designs, source code, features, graphics, or technology belonging to RC11.XYZ.

3. Prohibited Use

Users agree NOT to:

- Decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute platform code or design.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without written permission.
- Breach security systems, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any illegal financial activity.
- Clone, duplicate, or build a competing platform using RC11.XYZ technology or designs.

4. Account Security

The user is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, securing authentication data, and reporting any unauthorized access immediately. RC11.XYZ is not responsible for losses caused by user negligence.

5. Commercial Restrictions

No part of the Platform, including UI, logos, dashboards, charts, or trading tools may be used for resale, reproduction, redistribution, or integration into another product without written permission from RC11.XYZ.

6. Data Protection

All data stored on the Platform is protected under strict security measures. However, users acknowledge that digital systems may face risks including hacking, downtime, or data corruption. RC11.XYZ is not responsible for losses arising from such incidents.

7. Termination of License

RC11.XYZ may suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if the user:

- Violates any term of this Agreement,
- Attempts to harm the Platform,
- Uses the system for illegal or abusive activities,
- Fails security checks or identity verification.

8. No Warranty

RC11.XYZ provides digital services “as-is” without guarantees. No profit is guaranteed unless officially stated, and users understand that markets involve risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

RC11.XYZ is not liable for financial losses, trading decisions, server downtime, blockchain delays, transaction errors, system maintenance, or force majeure events.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, UI designs, dashboards, trading terminals, layouts, illustrations, code, and system features are the exclusive property of RC11.XYZ.

11. License Modification

RC11.XYZ reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Jurisdiction

All legal matters arising from this Agreement shall be governed by applicable international and local digital commerce laws. Users agree to resolve disputes under the designated legal jurisdiction of the platform administration.

By using RC11.XYZ, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this License Agreement.
